To me, coaching is deliberate, reflective and forward looking. My coaching is informed by the principles of neuroscience - especially tapping into how our brain is contributing to our behaviours and how our behaviours can rewire our brains. I am known for being straight-forward, intuitive and realistic.

My management background includes small teams of professionals in corporate departments, remote teams of seasonal millennials, and large operational teams of tradespeople. It is this diverse experience that gives me context as a coach and the capacity to develop leaders at all levels of an organization.

In addition to my work as a coach, I am a wife and mother of two shining lights. I make time to be an active volunteer and an avid gardener. Being deliberate in decisions and brave in action – that’s what I want for people, and that’s the kind of life I try to lead.

Why Coaching?

Executives and senior leaders have been accessing coaching services for decades. Because it works - establishing time to reflect, setting intention, and having accountability. Use coaching to embed formal training theory into your everyday, develop and execute personal development plans, or provide one on one support with your day to day.

Why Now?

Employees are finding managers increasingly difficult to access for conversations focused on their development - like how to build capacity, navigate a career or work with diverse staff. With the transition to management feeling more like a flying leap than a slow climb, the need for support is greater than ever. Working with a coach can keep skill building front and center - I can act as a partner in reflection, insight, and accountability. 

Why Anne?

I spent 18 years in a dynamic, ever-changing corporate environment with ten years spent as a manager recruiting, training, and managing countless staff. As a coach, my experience is diverse - working with upper management through to individual contributors in companies of all sizes across North America. I have experience developing leaders at all levels of an organization.

Corporate Coaching Packages 
Taking into consideration goals, capacity, and budget, I put together corporate packages and offer coaching for people within organizations. Coaching partnerships can look like recurring sessions, focused support for you and your team, or one-off coaching when it's needed. Along with one on one coaching, I facilitate group learning on topics relevant to the workplace, such as building resilience, handling difficult conversations, and creating thriving teams. When partnering with larger organizations, I draw on a trusted team of colleagues to bring in capacity and a diversity in expertise.
